IR-5633 is a carboxylated liquid polyisoprene rubber. Slight smell, non-flammable; sticky at low temperature, not easy to degrade at high temperature; low surface tension, with a certain polarity; easy to adhere to metals and fibers; easy to cross-link with polar compounds containing epoxy groups, isocyanate groups or amino groups; Insulating.
This product can promote the bonding of rubber and polar compounds such as metals and fibers, and is widely used in tapes, rubber tubes, footwear and other industries, as well as pressure-sensitive adhesives and automotive industries. This product can be blended with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene propylene rubber), butadiene rubber, SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) and other rubbers. IR-5633 is an excellent modifier. When this product is used to blend with base rubber, it can effectively increase the adhesion between rubber and polar compounds such as metals and fibers, and has good durability.
